The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and executing engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plansCoordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, contractors, and stakeholdersConduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety regulationsPrepare and review technical documents, including drawings, specifications, and reportsIdentify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycleManage project changes and implement corrective actions when necessaryCollaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical solutionsEnsure projects adhere to local building codes and international engineering standardsPrepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholdersDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, set timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure project milestones are met.

Oversee construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards. Manage project budgets, procure necessary materials, and coordinate team efforts to optimize productivity. Act as a liaison between clients, contractors, consultants, and engineers to ensure effective communication and timely issue resolution. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, cost estimates, and status updates. Identify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies. Address technical challenges promptly and implement effective solutions to keep the project on track. Ensure all project activities adhere to relevant safety codes, industry regulations, and company standards.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field)3-5 years of experience in engineering project management, preferably in construction or industrial projectsPrevious experience in hospitality projects is a strong advantagePMP and PRMG certifications are considered assets. Solid understanding of engineering systems and project lifecycle management. Proven experience in project engineering and project management roles. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Microsoft Project. Fluent in both written and spoken English. Proficiency in project management software (e. g.
