Join BlueTuskr as an Account Coordinator!BlueTuskr is a fast-growing full-service digital marketing agency helping e-commerce brands scale. We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and communicative Account Coordinator to support our Account Strategists and keep our projects running smoothly.The agency is based in the USA, but our team works fully remote. We are open to hiring abroad in LATAM or Canada for this full-time role. While it will be a contractor position if hired internationally, we want it to feel like a full-time role, complete with PTO and benefits.Why you’ll love working with us:Work alongside a collaborative, international teamLearn the ins and outs of e-commerce marketing (Shopify, Amazon, Klaviyo, HubSpot, and more!)Opportunity for growth in an Account Strategist roleRemote-friendly with a competitive salary ($3,000–$3,500 USD/month) + commission potential later down the line as you grow into owning your own small accountsWhat you’ll do:Support Account Strategists in day-to-day client managementPrepare and follow up on meeting agendas, notes, and formsHelp clients with smaller requests, access issues, and deliverablesKeep communication flowing between clients and internal teamsMaintain project documentation, briefs, and status updatesAssist in coordinating marketing campaigns and internal workflowsWhat we’re looking for:A minimum of 2 years of marketing experienceAt least 1 year of experience in a marketing agencyA minimum of 2 years in account management, project management, or an executive admin role within a marketing agency setting, or in-house, working closely with a marketing leadE-commerce knowledge is a plusStrong organizational and project management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable using digital marketing platforms and toolsProactive, detail-oriented, and collaborativeExcited to learn and grow in e-commerce marketingExperience with Asana is a plusSalary: $36 000 - $42 000 USD per year/ $48 000 - 56 000 CAD per year.
