We aren’t shy about saying our team is the best in the business, and we wonder if you might be the perfect new teammate!Primary ResponsibilitiesSchedule and attend meetings; assist with creation of meeting materialsGathers and documents client needs, project requirements, and action itemsPrepare and share notes with the internal teamAssist in coordinating strategy and campaign execution, includingSchedule creation and adhering to schedules for campaignsPreparing cost estimates and ensuring projects are delivered on budgetPrepare and track client approval of cost estimates/client ATPCopy, data and art trafficking, including coordinating kick-off meetings and vendor schedules, as well as gathering all necessary approvalsManage internal K2D job intake forms as appropriateKeep team up to date on campaign progressEffectively manage day-to-day communication with clients, team members, partner agencies, outside consultants and vendors to provide superior customer service, including integrating with offline/online teams as appropriate for a wide variety of projects Review and approve vendor invoices, reconcile final costs as neededAdditional ResponsibilitiesParticipate in webinars and attend conferences/workshops to expand skills.Share relevant findings with K2D staff at team meetings, staff meetings, etc.Acquire and maintain technical certifications related to area of expertise.Other duties as assigned.RequirementsRequired Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesTeam members who are most successful in this role typically have 1-2 years’ relevant project management experienceComputer skills including fluency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel) Proven organizational skills, ability to manage time and adhere to deadlines, project management, problem solving skills, and attention to detailAbility to handle multiple projects across multiple clientsExcellent customer/client service skills and the ability to work in a team environment Strong communication skills in both written and oral with the ability to effectively present information, respond and follow-up on questions and inquiries from clients and colleaguesTechnically curious and unafraid to ask questions and try new thingsBackground in nonprofits or caused-based marketing highly preferredPreference will be given to candidates who can work a hybrid schedule in our Arlington, VA officeBenefitsWhat We Offer Health and Wellness: employer-subsidized health, dental, and vision insurance in addition to employer paid short-term disability and life insurance.
