This is your opportunity to join an ambitious, fast-moving company that’s reshaping how e-commerce brands convert their customers.About the positionAs an Account Executive at FERO, you’ll be at the forefront of driving our go-to-market success. You’ll identify, engage, and close e-commerce merchants who are ready to unlock more revenue from their checkout experience.You’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from outreach and discovery to deal negotiation and handoff to our implementation team. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to help merchants see (and feel) the measurable impact of FERO.This is not a passive role. We’re looking for driven, curious, and execution-focused sellers who thrive in fast-moving environments, care deeply about customer outcomes, and want to join a team that’s building something meaningful in e-commerce technology.If you love solving complex problems, can balance data with empathy, and believe in the power of strong customer relationships—this one’s for you.Reporting directly to the Co-Founder, you will focus on:Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through outbound prospecting (yes, generating your own leads will be a crucial part of the role) and follow up on inbound leadsBuilding Trusted Relationship: Key to our success has been our ability to understand pain points, demonstrate subject matter expertise, and solve problemsPipeline Management: Drive the sales cycle from initial outreach to contract, ensuring that we stick to the happy path of the processSales Metrics Tracking: We love metrics and will jointly monitor weekly and monthly performance metrics such as # of qualified meetings and meeting-to-close ratioCollaboration with Marketing & Product: Every customer conversation yields new insights and we pride ourselves on learning together so by sharing your learnings with other teams, you can influence the direction of where we go as a businessWe’re looking for someone who has:2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (i.e. professional services, consulting)Experience in SaaS and/or e-commerce space is a plusA proven track record of closing new business in the €10K–€100K+ ARR rangeConfident selling to VPs of eCommerce, Heads of Digital, or CTOsComfortable running both high-velocity and strategic dealsA storyteller and problem-solver, who paints outcomes and doesn’t pitch featuresYou’re based in Amsterdam What we offer:Innovative environment: Work on cutting-edge solutions in a greenfield setting Growth opportunities: You will help us build and grow our sales team, with heaps of potential to grow professionally and personally 🌱Collaborative culture: Be part of a driven, creative, and supportive team 🤝Flexible hybrid working model 🏡Competitive compensation: Great pay, no caps, and employee equity 💰Private health insuranceReady to join us?Excited to make a difference?
