We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Account Executive to join our APAC SMB division called "ezyCollect by Sidetrade" Sales team and focus on our SMB customers.In this role, you will be responsible for delivering consistent, predictable revenue growth from new business through value selling in your respective territory. Catch the Sidetrade Inside Out podcast. RequirementsWhat you'll be doing:You will be a key player to drive net new business sales into SMB accounts.Educate people over the phone, earn the prospect's trust, gain a deep understanding of the prospect's business goals and articulate our SaaS software benefits with the prospect's context.Build momentum through structured discovery, solution mapping, objection handling, and deal progression.Manage the sales cycle from the conversion of meetings into opportunities to securing a deal on the long term.Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships.Convert qualified leads into new customers through a structured, consultative sales process.Run compelling product demos (virtual or in person) that connect customer pain points to measurable business value.Craft tailored proposals and commercial agreements that align with customer needs.Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene, forecasting discipline, and CRM updates (HubSpot).Work closely with BDRs, Partner Managers, and Sales Leadership to refine closing strategies.What you'll bring:2+ years in a similar consultative AE selling role with previous BDR/cold calling experience.Background in a SaaS Fintech company, ideally with accounting/ERP B2B sales, payments technology experience or other similar apps.Finance or business-related background, or experience working in a wholesale / manufacturing environment.Must be tech-savvy, with experience in CRM software like HubSpot, other productivity and AI tools.Proven ability to lead simple and if need be - complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements.Strong presentation skills,  for in-person and virtual  meetings with multiple stakeholders such as CFO, Financial Controller, and technical teams.Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple stakeholders internally and externally.BenefitsHybrid work model - a flexible mix of in-office and remote days.Time off - competitive paid holidays plus public holidays.Great culture - active Social Club organizing regular team events and activities.Health & wellness - medical coverage, life insurance, and other wellness programs. Because when you thrive, we all succeed! We're committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive experience for every candidate.If you need any accommodation during the hiring process, just let us know. Agencies We only accept applications from invited agencies via our Workable portal.
