Job Description

Our client, a national provider of integrated B2B solutions, is seeking a commercially minded leader to step into the role of Head of Strategic Solutions.  This high‑margin division delivers customised print, promotional and branded solutions that complement core product orders, and is now being more closely integrated into the wider business to unlock its full growth potential. A major part of the opportunity lies in influencing and enabling a national field sales force to confidently position these solutions with customers.  You’ll shape and deliver the go‑to‑market strategy, sharpen the value proposition, and use customer and market insights to deepen penetration across key segments.  Working closely with sales, merchandising, operations, supply chain, marketing and digital teams, you’ll lift capability, streamline delivery, and build a more consistent end‑to‑end customer experience. You’ll also lead improvements in operational processes, strengthen customer success, and build a practical insights and enablement framework that drives stronger conversion and supports better performance across the organisation. To succeed, you’ll bring experience from print, promotions, marketing services or a similar B2B solutions environment, along with a track record of driving growth and leading high‑performing teams.  You’re commercially sharp, confident influencing senior stakeholders, and skilled at working cross‑functionally.  Strong strategic thinking, analytical capability and a genuine focus on customer experience are essential, as is the ability to champion a culture of safety, inclusion and continuous improvement.By engaging Miller Leith for recruitment services and/or career support, you are agreeing to our Privacy Policy and Candidate Consent Form.
