Position OverviewThis role is responsible for driving new business growth through strong partner collaboration and direct customer engagement, with a focus on delivering measurable customer success.The Account Executive will primarily work with multinational corporations and large enterprise customers operating in Korea (Global Accounts), leveraging Cisco’s broad portfolio of networking, security, and AI-driven solutions. The role requires building long-term trusted relationships with key stakeholders while navigating complex enterprise environments in the Korean market.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve assigned quota targets for the multinational corporations account list within a designated territoryOwn full responsibility for managing sales opportunities through the entire sales cycleHighly transactional role, qualifying and managing opportunities generated by partners and MarketingWorks with partners to drive accountability for effective opportunity management and deal closureStay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive insights to inform day-to-day engagements with the partnersMaintain a comprehensive understanding of Cisco’s full product portfolio to deliver the “One Cisco Story”Own responsibility for accurate forecasting and adherence to sales operational best practicesDaily utilize Cisco’s Tech Stack, Agentic AI, and Sales Plays to scale and optimize customer engagementDevelop and execute account growth strategies within assigned Global and Enterprise accounts in KoreaLead account planning, pipeline development, and business reviews in collaboration with cross-functional teamsDrive new business opportunities through proactive customer engagement and effective opportunity managementPlan and execute partner enablement initiatives, including customer meetings, joint sales activities, and solution demonstrationsEstablish trusted advisor relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers within customer organizationsCoordinate internal Cisco resources to deliver integrated solutions aligned with customer business prioritiesDesired Profile, Experience & SkillsProven sales or account management experience covering multinational corporations (Global Accounts) or large enterprise customers in KoreaMinimum 3 years of IT solution sales experience (5+ years preferred)Demonstrated success in account planning, pipeline generation, and closing complex enterprise dealsStrong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with C-level leadersSelf-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a growth mindsetAbility to work effectively in a matrix organization and collaborate across multiple stakeholdersFluent English and Korean requiredPosition HighlightsOpportunity to lead Cisco’s strategic growth across major Global Accounts in KoreaClose collaboration with regional partners, distributors, and APJC teams to build a strong ecosystemAbility to leverage Cisco’s full portfolio — including AI, networking, and security — to deliver a unified “One Cisco” value propositionHigh level of ownership across strategy development, pipeline creation, and executionExposure to global projects and cross-cultural collaboration with regional and global teamsStrong career development potential within a fast-growing and innovative technology environment국가보훈대상자는 관련 법령에 따라 우대합니다.Qualified veterans and eligible dependents will be given hiring preference in accordance with applicable laws.Why Cisco?At Cisco, we’re revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era – and beyond.
