Account Executive

Hi people,Bit Group is hiring!We are open for Account Executive position. Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields;Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or business development (preferably in IT, software, or web development companies);Fluent in English (both written and spoken) & must be able to handle communication and presentation with international clients;Strong understanding of web development processes, UI/UX concepts, and IT project lifecycle;Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously;Analytical mindset with the ability to translate client needs into business or technical solutions;Leadership capability and team management experience are highly preferred.Responsibilities :Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and manage the overall relationship to ensure long-term satisfaction;Understand clients’ business goals and translate them into actionable web and system development strategies;Lead and oversee project timelines, deliverables, and coordination between clients and internal technical teams;Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and project reports in professional English;Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project terms with clients under company policy;Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to revenue growth;Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure project quality and timely delivery;Resolve client concerns and escalate critical issues appropriately to management;Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, client communications, and sales forecasts.If you’re interested, please send your cv via email to hrd@bitgroup.co.idSubject : Hiring - AE - NameThank you!
