A fast-growing Series A fintech is scaling its commercial team and hiring an Account Executive to drive new business across key markets. What You’ll Do :Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across mid-market and enterprise accountsQualify, forecast, and manage pipeline to exceed revenue targetsBuild strong customer relationships and act as a trusted adviser throughout the buying journeyPartner with SDR, marketing and product to strengthen outbound motion and improve conversionConduct tailored product demos and customer workshopsBuild account plans and territory plans to systematically grow your patchWork closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term adoptionTrack competitive dynamics and share learnings to help refine positioning and GTM strategyWhat We’re Looking For :3–6 years’ experience selling SaaS or fintech solutions B2BProven success closing new business and exceeding quotaStrong commercial acumen with an ability to sell value, not featuresExperience running structured sales cycles with multiple stakeholdersExcellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex productsCoachable and data-driven with a growth mindsetComfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
