Job Description

Job Purpose Create long-term and trusting relationships with clients. Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and develop new business from existing ones.Roles and ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.Understand client needs and requirements to provide effective solutions.Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.Sales and Business Development support: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts.Upsell and cross-sell company services to existing clients.Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.Project Management: Manage and coordinate client projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.Track project progress and report on key performance indicators.Client Support: Provide ongoing support and training to clients on product usage and best practices.Assist with client onboarding and activation processes.Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate client records and documentation.Prepare reports and presentations as required.Adhere to company policies and procedures.Job RequirementsA bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.1 to 2 years of proven experience as an Account Executive/Client service role.Previous Media Intelligence/PR agency experience is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in relevant software applications (CRM, sales tools, etc.).A strong understanding of the industry and market trends.A results-oriented approach and a passion for sales.Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
