3D renderings, animation & VR for US Real Estate & ArchitectureAbout Clout StudioClout Studio (www.cloutstudio.com) is a fast-growing marketing studio specializing in high-impact 3D renderings, animation videos, and VR experiences for top real estate developers and architecture firms across the US and Europe.The RoleWe’re hiring an Account Executive to stay top-of-mind with our prospect list and convert opportunities into projects. You’ll run a proactive outbound/ABM cadence (calls + email + LinkedIn), build rapport, uncover timing/budget/stakeholders, and close. Expect 300+ calls per week, daily email outreach, and consistent LinkedIn touchpoints. The role is fully remote and includes 2–3 US trips/year for meetings and events.What you’ll doOwn a focused book of target accounts; keep them warm and ready to buy.Execute a high-volume, high-quality outreach cadence (calls, emails, LinkedIn).Run discovery, tailor pitches to active/pending projects, and handle objections.Manage pipeline in Salesforce CRM; forecast accurately and move deals to close.Partner with Sales Managers; learn our products and collaborate on lead gen.Nurture and expand existing client relationships to drive repeat business.What success looks like (30/60/90)30 days: Ramp on messaging, ICPs, and portfolio; hit outreach activity targets.60 days: Generate qualified meetings consistently; build a healthy pipeline.90 days: Close initial deals; maintain top-of-mind presence across your patch.Must-havesNative/bilingual English (written + spoken).1+ year B2B sales experience with a proven track record.Confident communicator; clear, concise, and personable on the phone and in writing.Comfortable with cold calling and cold emailing; resilient with rejection.Independent, organized, and goal-driven; thrives in a changing environment.Proficient with Google Workspace/Office, email tools, and online collaboration.Nice-to-havesCRM experience (Salesforce).Exposure to Real Estate, Architecture, or Visualization industries.Familiarity with AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit (no need to be an expert).Compensation & ScheduleBase salary + commissions tied to performance.Full-time, Monday–Friday (8 hours/day).Remote.
