Account Executive (Digital Production)

The RoleWe are seeking an Account Executive to join our business team. In this role, you will support the Account Leads in developing digital solutions and clear goals for our clients. As the go-to contact, you will coordinate in execution of projects, learn to work with a variety of stakeholders whilst fostering your knowledge of the client’s business and liaise with cross-functional internal teams.ResponsibilitiesClient ManagementDay-to-day client management, maintaining regular contact with the client to ensure effective communicationClear understanding and decoding of client feedback and response requiredManage general internal and external communication amongst working team and clientsWriting and circulating meeting agendas, contact reports and updating WIP documents.AdministrativeQuality control of all work that is submitted to clientsCoordinate and manage the process of projects closely from brief to deliveryManage the budget and timelines on your projects, and be responsible for keeping project finance trackers and delivery up to dateJob RequirementsYou sweat the details, careful in planning and bold in communication. You prefer rolling your sleeves up and getting your hands dirty to fix the problem.Self-driven, organised and have an eye for detail2 years experience in Digital ProductionA hands-on, can do approach to solving problemsProficient in both spoken and written English languageGood communication skills, a positive attitude, and empathyAble to work both independently and as a team in a fast-paced, creative environmentExhibit passion and curiosity for digital marketing and emerging trends in social, mobile, product and service innovation as the industry evolves
