Details of our product offering and payment solutions can be found at www.artspay.com.Position OverviewReports to: CEOLocation: Melbourne or Sydney with flexible work from home options.Level: Senior/ManagerPurpose of the PositionAs an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and closing to managing existing relationships and identifying new opportunities to expand ArtsPay’s merchant base. The role includes:Leading ArtsPay’s growth in the online payments and technology sectors by building partnerships with e-commerce, fintech, and digital service providers.Responsibility for executing long-term sales strategies, acquiring new customers, developing new markets, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, aligning on technical and business requirements, leading commercial negotiations and closing deals.Supporting the ArtsPay team to build ArtsPay’s brand and position as the purpose-driven payment system that makes business add up for everyone. Key ResponsibilitiesLead ArtsPay’s online sales and partnership strategy across key verticals.Build and manage a high-value pipeline of e-commerce, platform, and SaaS partners.Develop outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunitiesOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, to go liveOwn and lead commercial negotiationsIdentify integration opportunities with payment gateways and digital platforms.Negotiate and close partnership agreements that align commercial goals with ArtsPay’s purpose.Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales processWork closely with product and marketing teams to ensure alignment between market feedback and our positioning Represent ArtsPay at fintech, innovation, and industry events.Track and report on sales performance and market insights.Mentor and support junior sales staff.Skills & Experience5+ years in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development within fintech, SaaS, or payments.Demonstrated experience selling to senior management and company decision makers.Deep understanding of online payment systems and integrations.Proven success in complex partnership or enterprise sales environments.Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate technical features into business value.\Attributes & FitStrategic, entrepreneurial mindset.Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.Passion for purpose-led business, social enterprises or startups. Self-motivated, adaptable and able to self-direct as well as collaborate across a small team. Willingness to support colleagues as they execute their roles within the organisation. RemunerationBase Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 p.a.Statutory Superannuation: currently 12%Bonus: Generous bonus compensation options to be negotiated based on skills and experience. How to ApplyIf you are interested in being part of the next phase of growth of one of Australia's most innovative and exciting startups, please send a CV and an expression of interest outlining your skills and experience as they relate to the position description to hello@artspay.com.For inquiries from individuals interested in applying, please contact Alistair Webster on 0499 760 777.Applications will be accepted until 5pm AEDT, Friday 2 January 2025.
