Our team prides itself on fast execution, flexible structures, and long-term client partnerships.Role SummaryWe are seeking a driven Account Executive to originate, develop, and close small- to mid-ticket equipment financing transactions nationwide. This role is ideal for someone with B2B sales experience who wants to advance their career in a highly respected, privately held finance company known for its integrity, agility, and competitive deal structures.As an Account Executive, you will build and manage a pipeline of vendor and end-user relationships while leveraging JAA’s long-standing reputation and underwriting strength. You’ll receive mentorship from industry veterans, direct access to decision-makers, and full autonomy to run your business inside a stable and well-capitalized platform.Core Responsibilities Develop and manage a strong pipeline of equipment financing opportunitiesProspect and build new vendor and end-user relationshipsPresent customized lease and loan options based on client needsGuide opportunities from initial contact through credit review, documentation, and fundingMaintain consistent activity tracking and pipeline management within the CRMCollaborate closely with underwriting and operations to ensure smooth deal executionRepresent JAA professionally in all client interactions, events, and partner conversationsLeverage market insights to identify expanding industries and new growth segmentsRequired Qualifications 1–3+ years of experience in equipment financing, leasing, or B2B financial salesStrong communication, client-service, and relationship-building skillsAbility to understand basic credit concepts and financial statement reviewDemonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet production metricsSelf-motivated, accountable, and able to perform independentlyHigh attention to detail and consistent follow-throughPreferred QualificationsExperience selling equipment financing/leasing solutionsExisting vendor relationships or book of businessCRM experience (Salesforce preferred)Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fieldWhat We OfferCompetitive base salaryStrong commission structure with uncapped earningsFull benefits package (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k)Autonomy and direct access to leadershipA stable company with 35+ years of industry success and low turnoverCareer advancement opportunities into Regional Sales Manager roles
