WE ARE GROWING and looking for an experienced Investment Analyst to round out our fantastic team.Beverly Hills Private Wealth is an SEC registered investment advisory firm located in Beverly Hills, CA. We are a wirehouse breakaway thrilled to be building our team in our own completely independent business. We are three years into this venture and growing rapidly. Our team consists of three advisors/partners, a junior advisor, four client relationship managers, a Chief Investment Officer, and an office operations associate. Our clients are ultra-high net worth individuals, families, and business owners who rely on our knowledge and white-glove service to support their daily needs. We are fast-paced and hardworking but share keen senses of humor and genuinely enjoy each other’s company in and out of the office. We plan multiple team outings each year to show our appreciation and encourage work/life balance.The Role:Beverly Hills Private Wealth is seeking an Investment Analyst with a genuine passion for individual securities research and fund/manager due diligence. The ideal candidate brings sharp analytical instincts, curiosity, and professionalism to support our investment research, trading activity, and day-to-day portfolio management. Beyond research, this role carries meaningful responsibility across trading execution, account monitoring, and the investment processes that support the CIO and advisory team. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, contribute to investment committee discussions, and play a hands-on role in supporting a disciplined, high-quality investment process.This position is designed for someone early in their career who wants real responsibility, broad exposure across public and private markets, and the opportunity to advance within a collaborative, selective, and intellectually curious environmentKey Responsibilities:Investment Research & AnalysisConduct qualitative and quantitative research on equities, fixed income, investment managers, and alternative investments.Maintain financial models, performance reports, and investment memos.Support the investment committee with research, data-driven insights, attribution work, and market commentary.Trading & Portfolio ImplementationAssist with daily and periodic trade execution, rebalancing, and model implementation across accounts.Monitor accounts for drift, cash buildups, tax considerations, and operational inconsistencies; work with advisors to resolve them.Coordinate with custodians and trading platforms to ensure accurate and compliant execution.Reporting & WritingDraft concise, high-quality commentaries, research notes, and quarterly updates.Contribute to internal and client-facing materials, including portfolio reviews, allocation summaries, and market updates.Ensure consistency of tone, accuracy, and rigor across all investment communications.Collaboration & OperationsWork closely with advisors, the CIO, and operations staff to support high-touch client portfolios.Participate in due diligence for new managers, funds, alternatives, and direct investments.Maintain investment databases, dashboards, and performance-tracking tools.Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (CFA or CIMA® coursework a plus).2–5 years of experience in investment research, trading, or portfolio analysis.Strong proficiency with Excel, modern analytics platforms (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, YCharts, or similar), and portfolio management software (Black Diamond experience a plus).Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights.Demonstrated interest in capital markets, security analysis, and manager research.High agency, intellectual curiosity, and a strong sense of ownership.Comfort working independently and taking ownership in a lean team environment.What We Offer: 401k plan with safe harbor and profit-sharing contributions.Health, dental, vision, AD&D, and life insurance.PTO and sick days, plus 10 NYSE holidays off.Employee rate for financial planning services and a discount rate for your family members.Financial assistance of up to $5,000 in pursuit of a designation that compliments your role and increases your effectiveness and knowledge.We treat the team to breakfast every Tuesday and lunch every Wednesday.Work from home 1 day/week (after your training is completed and with your direct manager's approval), with an additional 7 WFH days/year to be used at your discretion.Compensation for this role is $95,000 - $115,000 including performance bonuses, based on experience and professional investment designation. This role is full time and in-person. Commuting to our office in Beverly Hills, CA is a requirement.
