This is an exciting opportunity to work with global clients and make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.What You’ll DoPrepare and review complex financial statements and investment schedules.Lead and coordinate financial statement audits.Present financial statements at Board and Shareholder meetings in the Cayman Islands and internationally.Build and maintain strong client and service provider relationships through effective communication.Ensure regulatory compliance, including client due diligence and maintaining corporate records per Cayman Islands Monetary Authority requirements.Serve as the primary liaison with banking, financial, and investment institutions to optimize financial strategies.Collaborate with senior team members to provide innovative ideas and strategic insights.Mentor junior team members and gradually take on people management responsibilities.Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.What We’re Looking ForEducation: High school diploma required; college degree preferred.Licensing: Internationally recognized accounting designation (CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).Experience: 2–4 years post-qualification experience, preferably in captive insurance management or audit.Skills:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with SunSystems, SILO, and SharePoint is a plus.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems effectively.Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.Why Join Us?Work in a collaborative, client-focused environment.Opportunity for career growth and leadership development.Exposure to international markets and diverse financial strategies.
