Account Executive📍 Location: Chile, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia 💰 Salary Range: USD 20,000 – 30,000 annuallyAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly driven Account Executive (Global Sales) to lead end-to-end sales activities across Latin America and global markets. In this role, you will identify potential clients, lead consultative sales cycles, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and close deals for SaaS and digital service offerings.What You’ll DoManage the full sales cycle—from prospecting global clients to closing deals.Identify and engage prospects via online meetings, email outreach, industry events, and networking.Understand client needs and propose tailored SaaS/solution offerings with support from technical teams.Develop and execute regional and market-specific sales strategies in collaboration with marketing, product, and strategy teams.Analyze sales data to measure performance and continuously enhance sales processes.Create and localize sales presentations, proposals, and materials for different markets.Who We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in global B2B platform or solution sales.Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills in English; strong ability to conduct business in Spanish.Solid understanding of IT services, SaaS business models, and digital platforms.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve client challenges using data and technology.CRM proficiency, including pipeline management and customer lifecycle tracking.Preferred QualificationsProven success building sales or GTM strategies for global markets.Knowledge of SCM (Supply Chain Management) or international logistics.Experience in technical B2B sales, solution integration, or long-cycle enterprise sales.Background in data-driven sales, including process improvement, demos, and feedback loops.Passion for SaaS ecosystems and cross-cultural collaboration.What We ValueCustomer-centric, ROI-driven sales mindset.Ability to manage project-based or customized SaaS sales beyond subscription-only models.
