Are you looking to work for an innovative and fast-growing startup from the U.S., 100% remotely?We are seeking an AI Engineer with strong experience building AI agents using modern LLMs, RAG pipelines, and cutting-edge AI frameworks.The ideal candidate is highly technical, proactive, and comfortable working in a small, high-paced startup environment while taking full ownership of projects and delivering high-impact solutions.Salary Range:$3,500 – $6,000 USD per monthModality:100% RemoteIMPORTANT:ALL RESUMES MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ENGLISHResponsibilities:Build and optimize AI agents using large language models Develop and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines Integrate LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar Design and implement AI workflows that support the platform’s core functionality Collaborate with small, cross-functional teams in a fast-moving startup environment Take ownership of AI development from ideation to production Evaluate, test, and iterate on model performance for accuracy and reliability Document technical decisions and contribute to system architecture Support continuous improvement of AI capabilities and platform scalabilityRequirements:Experience building AI agents or LLM-based applications Strong hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, etc.) Experience developing effective RAG pipelines Proficiency in Python and AI-related tooling Ability to work independently, take ownership, and operate in a fast-paced startup environment Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication Experience deploying AI models into production environmentsPreferred:Experience building machine learning algorithms using RNNs, LSTMs, or TransformersNice to Have:Front-end development experience with React or Angular
