The Group has expanded its publishing brands to a wider scope, encompassing Hypebeast and its multiple content distribution platforms, creative agency Hypemaker, e-commerce and retail platform HBX, distribution and merchandising segment Hyperoom and food and beverage destination Hypebeans.Responsibilities:Drive revenue across HYPEBEAST’s media platform - digital, social, experiential, etc. Need to meet/exceed revenue goals on quarterly and annual basisManage current key client and agency relationships and build new relationships with prospective clients - develop a sales pipeline of revenue driving opportunitiesMaintain a strong knowledge of HYPEBEAST’s product offering and portfolio of servicesManage advertising campaigns, build proposals and customize creative ideas for brandsDefine and develop new business opportunities with advertisers and agencies - need to understand and translate client needsDrive cross-functional collaboration across relevant departments (Creative, Production, Editorial, Account Management) in order to execute campaigns effectively from start to finishProactively research and update yourself on new cultural trends as well as the general media landscapeRequirements:2+ years of relevant industry experience (media, advertising, communications, PR, digital or creative agency, fashion, etc.)Well versed in streetwear fashion and youth cultureUnderstanding of the media landscape, with an emphasis on social mediaExperience with branded content and storytelling is highly desirableExceptional communication skills and a creative thinkerAble to effectively build relationships with key stakeholdersStrong presentation skills - able to articulate concepts to clients in an engaging mannerProven track record of driving revenue or similar number based KPI’sAble to effectively prospect and connect with potential sales leadsExcellent written and verbal communication skills over email and phoneWell-organized and attention to detailAble to work independently and effectively is a mustA hustler and someone who strives to continuously perform at a high levelIf you think you’ve got what it takes, please provide your cover letter, CV and expected salary.This position is based and located in New York. The salary range is subject to change and may be amended in the future. Experience, education, relevant skill set, location and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered.
