Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Build and maintain client relationshipsAscertain recruitment requirements by evaluating organizational development plans.Develop & maintain long term relationship with existing accounts by ensuring on time & quality delivery.Work closely with the client to identify & obtain qualified Job requirements.Promote and build relationships with existing/prospective clients, resources.Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to management.Meet and exceed financial goalsForecast and track key account metrics.Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledgeAbility to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment – A Strong Performer.Ability to undertake full recruiting life cycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, candidate submission & follow-up, etc.)Manage required documentation related to various tasks.Initiate New Client acquisition by adopting ethical market tapping strategies & by promoting company offerings.QualificationsBachelor's degree (Open for Fresh Graduates.)2-3 years of business experience (Preferred)Strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to harness financial data to inform decisions
