If you love building relationships, owning your pipeline, and winning as part of a team, we’d love to meet you.What you'll be doingNew Business & Pipeline GenerationProactively identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound activities (calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, events).Manage a full 360° sales cycle from outreach → discovery → demo → proposal → close.Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with consistent activity and forecasting accuracy.Product Expertise & Consultative SellingDeliver tailored product demos, presentations, and proposals based on customer use cases.Act as a trusted advisor - understanding client challenges and designing solutions that meet business objectives.Maintain deep product knowledge and stay updated on new features, releases, and market positioning.Collaboration & Cross-Functional WorkWork closely with Marketing to refine ICP, segmentation, and lead quality.Partner with Product and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and customer experience.Provide customer insights to Product and leadership to help influence roadmap and go-to-market strategy.Sales Process & ReportingUse CRM (HubSpot) to log activity, track pipeline stages, and maintain data accuracyProduce weekly sales updates, forecasting, and performance reports for leadership.Follow a structured, repeatable sales methodologyWho you arePeople-focused: You’re a natural relationship builder who thrives on connecting with others and goes the extra mile to make customers feel supported.Self-Driven & Organised: You excel at managing your workload, finding solutions independently, and staying on top of priorities in a fast-paced environment.Passionate About Hospitality: You understand the challenges and opportunities in hospitality and care deeply about helping businesses succeed in this people-first industry.What we'd love to see3+ years in sales, with emphasis on new business generation and outbound prospecting.Experience in Tech, MarTech, SaaS, Media or Hospitality.Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota consistently.Sales training or qualification - e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger or equivalent.Experience working in a high-growth start-up is a strong plus.What we're offering💸 Competitive salary + commission 📈 Performance-based bonus as we grow🍦 25 days holidays + bank holidays✌️ Bi-annual team off-sites / monthly socials💼 Fully remote (UK-based) with optional London HQ days💻 MacBookPlease send CV & cover letter to Hiring@joliapp.comwww.joliapp.com
