They’re building a brand-new hunting team a group of driven salespeople who can own the full sales cycle from first touch to close.What’s in it for you?Join a fast-scaling fintech leading the expense management revolution in the region.Be part of a new hunting team with huge autonomy and clear growth potential.Earn up to SAR 15K base + monthly bonus + 10% revenue share on every client you win.Realistic OTE SAR 25K/month with no cap.Hybrid working setup for flexibility and balance.What will you be doing?Driving outbound sales to “high spend” companies across multiple industries.Owning the process end-to-end, from prospecting and cold calling to demo, negotiation, and activation.Managing around 30 completed demos each month to hit target (average 60% close rate).Collaborating with Customer Success to maximise client spend post-sale.Building and maintaining your own pipeline using Salesforce.What do you need?Proven experience in a hunting or 360 sales role (SaaS, fintech, or tech preferred but not essential).Resilient, competitive, and motivated by uncapped earnings.Confident making high outbound call volumes and driving new business independently.A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.Don’t worry if your CV isn’t up to date.
