Account Executive

Location: Puchong, Selangor (8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday)Our client is a dynamic beauty & skincare services provider that specialises in advanced skin treatments, laser therapy and personalised wellness solutions. As they continue to scale their finance team, they are looking for a detail-oriented and Mandarin-speaking Account Executive to join them in Puchong.What You’ll DoManage full-set accounting including: invoicing, receipts, vendor invoice processing, payment arrangements, journal entries, intercompany charges, bank reconciliations, fixed asset register and general ledger maintenance.Manage month-end closing: ensure timely completion of journals, AP/AR reconciliations and closing processes.Prepare monthly financial statements for management reporting and deliver analytical reports to support strategic decisions.Assist in year-end audit and work closely with auditors and tax agents to prepare audit schedules and tax filings.Ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements and support the rollout of new processes and systems.Perform payroll calculation and submission to government agencies.Take on ad-hoc assignments from Senior Management and provide operational admin support as needed.Who You Are We invite passionate professionals who are ready to step up into a key accounting role within a fast-moving service environment.Must-Haves:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related fieldProficient in Mandarin (written & spoken) – Mandarin-speaking candidates onlyProven experience in full-set accounting and month-end processesExperience preparing financial statements and analytical reportsFamiliarity with audit and tax compliance requirementsAble to work in-office full-time at PuchongOwn reliable transportation preferredOffer & PerksSalary up to RM 5,800 (commensurate with experience)Progressive working environment12 days annual leaveIn-office working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pmReady to Dive In?If you’re ready to take on an accounting role that offers both visibility and impact, we’d love to hear from you.
