Accountant (Hospitality Experience)Location: Lekki phase 1 LagosWork Mode: Full TimeThis is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant in the hospitality industry, located in Lekki. The Accountant will handle day-to-day financial transactions including verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling accounts payable and receivable. They will be responsible for producing error-free accounting reports, analyzing financial information, managing tax regulations, and ensuring compliance with financial legal requirements. The Accountant will also participate in financial standards setting and in forecasting and budgeting processes, as well as recommending financial actions by analyzing accounting options.Note: No AccommodationQualifications:• Proficiency in accounting software and experience in managing accounts payable and receivable• Skills in financial reporting, general ledger, and month-end/year-end closing processes• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis• Knowledge of tax regulations and financial legal requirements• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management• Excellent numerical and analytical skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus
