We’re Hiring!Are you energetic, target-driven, and passionate about sales?Join Qefas as a Field Sales Officer and help us take our digital learning solutions to more businesses across Nigeria!Type: Full TimeLocation: Lagos (Field/Remote)Pay: ₦50,000 to ₦80,000 monthly + performance-based incentivesIf you love meeting new people, hitting targets, and growing your income, this is for you!ResponsibilitiesExecute direct field sales and customer acquisition in assigned locations.Promote QEFAS E-Learning products and services (Self-Pace, In Person and Virtual Courses.)Identify potential clients, pitch offerings, and close deals.Achieve sales targets and performance goals.Maintain accurate sales records and customer interactions in CRM.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.Support marketing campaigns and ensure policy and compliance adherence in the field.RequirementsHND/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.1–3 years of experience in direct or field sales, EdTech, fintech, telecom, or consumer products preferred.Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and move within assigned locations..Proficiency in English.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
