Their client roster includes: • Billionaires • Professional athletes • 7, 8, 9, and even 10-figure founders • Highly influential business owners with 10M+ followersIn This Role, You’ll:You’ll act as the primary point of contact for world-class founders, investors, and executives, ensuring every engagement runs smoothly, strategically, and with excellence. Reporting directly to the leadership team, you’ll lead client calls, manage creative delivery, and cultivate strong, lasting relationships.What You'll Be DoingLead weekly 1:1 client calls (podcast-style interviews for content ideation)Own client strategy and generate high-quality content ideas aligned with business goalsManage writers, review drafts, and oversee delivery timelinesMaintain communication, ensure smooth workflows, and uphold quality standardsBuild deep, trust-based client relationships that drive retention and satisfactionEnsure every client experiences white-glove service and exceptional outcomes.What You’ll Bring:Must Have:Experience in account management, client success, or marketingExcellent English communication skills (C1 level or above) with little to no accentExceptional relationship-building ability, confident, warm, and engaging with clientsStrong marketing mindset and creative thinking (beyond task management)Authentic curiosity and the ability to ask meaningful, strategic questionsHigh emotional intelligence (EQ) and proactive ownership attitudeFamiliarity with modern tools like Notion, Slack, and Claude (or other AI writing assistants)Baseline understanding of finance, crypto, tech, and innovation, able to hold intelligent conversations with founders across these industriesInnovative mindset and global awareness, you keep up with what’s happening in technology, finance, and how the world is evolvingAbility to engage thoughtfully in conversations about investing, new technologies, and the future of business, connecting those themes naturally with client content and strategyNice to have: Experience with personal branding, ghostwriting, or social media strategyFamiliarity with LinkedIn and X (Twitter) content ecosystemsUnderstanding of copywriting and storytellingExperience working with high-profile or executive clientsAwareness of AI phrases and terminology used in content creation or personal brandingWhat’s In It for You:100% remote position, work from anywhere24 paid working vacation days annuallyDirect collaboration with elite founders and executivesBase salary that grows with performance and tenureOpportunity for career growth as the company scalestSupportive, fast-paced, and creative global team environment
