Job Description

Position: Account Executive or Sr. Account Executive (IMC: 70%; PR - 30%) Department: Account Team Report to: Account Manager Experience Level: 2-4 years Objective: Lead and execute communications campaigns (IMC/ PR & Social campaigns), client service & vendor management. I. DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Client Servicing & Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and thorough understanding of project requirements. Support in client meetings, preparing agenda, taking notes, and following up action items. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded expectations. Assist in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client engagements. 2. Strategy & Media Relations Properly understanding communication tactics (especially PR & social) on multi channels and platforms from online to offline, which is about way of approaching & working, from that be able to lead or contribute to planning progress especially implementation planning of the team. Develop, maintain and expand relationships with journalists, editors, media houses, KOL/Influencers and other vendors that can support the activities of campaigns. 3. Project Management & Execution: Be able to develop an execution plan, project timeline, deliverablers and budget tracking to indepently lead or operate project on multi channels & platforms (from online to offline) under the supervision of line manager. Proactively coordinate, work with internal teams, vendors, media, KOL/influencer and other 3rd parties to drive project smoothly with high quality. Monitor project performance and troubleshoot issues proactively, flexibly to keep projects on track and keep good relationships with other key stakeholders and good budget management. Be able to understand, supervise & control the quality of deliverables produced by internal function team like content pieces, visual items. Especially, being able to handle social or press release writing is a plus point. Oversee & execute media engagement (press release, media invitation & management for event) and basically media issue handling. Oversee & coordinate with vendors to execute event organization, production (media meeting, talkshow, roundtable, outdoor event, activation if any…). Supervise, manage onsite production with production house (video shooting, photoshooting v.v…) 4. Proposal & Reporting Support Assist in the development of campaign proposals, presentations, and strategic documents. Gather market research, industry trends, and competitor analysis to support strategic. recommendations. Prepare monthly reports and campaign performance analysis for clients. 5. Financial & Payment Coordination Support invoice issuance and payment tracking, ensuring timely client payments. Collaborate with the internal finance team and vendors to manage budgets and payments for suppliers. II. REQUIREMENTS: 6. Core Skills & Competencies 2-4 years of experience in IMC/ PR & social media. Strong network with media contacts, journalists, and KOL/influencers. Excellent writing skills – ability to craft press releases, thought leadership content, and social media copy. In-depth understanding of PR, social media trends, and influencer marketing. 7. Mindset & Work Approach Proactive and adaptable, capable of managing multiple clients & campaigns. Strong presentation and communication skills (especially in English), with confidence in client interactions. Strategic and data-driven approach to PR & social media planning.
