We’re looking for an Account Executive who knows how to turn collaboration into momentum. Someone who can connect with clients, understand their world, and translate their goals into ideas that move brands forward.You’ll be the bridge between clients and our creative, strategy, and operations teams—ensuring every brief, deadline, and deliverable reflects our shared ambition for quality and impact.What You’ll DoAct as the main point of contact for assigned clients, leading communication with clarity and confidence.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships based on trust, respect, and value.Understand client goals and proactively identify opportunities to grow and improve their brand experience.Collaborate closely with the creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure smooth project flow from concept to delivery.Prepare timely updates, reports, and presentations that keep both clients and internal teams aligned.Support in new business initiatives, proposal preparation, and internal pitch development.Handle client challenges with professionalism, transparency, and solutions that build trust.Ensure that all deliverables meet TOLD’s quality standards and reflect our strategic and creative excellence.What You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in client service, account management, or business development within a branding or creative agency.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail—able to manage multiple projects with precision.A proactive mindset and the confidence to lead conversations with both clients and internal teams.Ability to think strategically, act practically, and always keep the client’s vision in focus.Passion for branding, storytelling, and helping ideas come to life.
