Account Executive, UK & Ireland

SASMAR is excited to announce an opening for an Account Executive focused on the UK and Ireland markets. As a prominent pharmaceutical company specializing in personal care and fertility products, including our widely recognized Conceive Plus brand, SASMAR is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of individuals across 70 countries.In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales and managing relationships with key retail partners and distributors in the UK and Ireland. You will be instrumental in capturing market share and expanding SASMAR's presence within the region.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies tailored for the UK and Ireland markets to achieve revenue targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while identifying and engaging potential new clientsConduct market analysis to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer preferencesCollaborate closely with Marketing and Product Development teams to align product offerings with market demandMonitor sales performance and provide regular reports and forecasts to managementAttend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent SASMAR and expand professional contactsEnsure the highest level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and serviceRequirementsProven experience in sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical or personal care industryFamiliarity with the UK and Ireland markets and knowledge of local regulations and market dynamicsStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsExcellent negotiation and persuasive communication abilitiesSelf-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independentlyAbility to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategiesProficiency in google Office and familiarity with CRM toolsA degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferredBenefitsPrivate Healthcare PlanLeave PackageWork From Home
