This role involves planning and strategizing to retain and expand current customer relationships, ensuring high-quality customer service, and resolving issues to retain clients. By engaging with clients and understanding their business requirements, this role contributes to Takeda's mission.The role is located in Abu Dhabi.How you will contribute :Promotes the designated products in regular calls to the targeted health care professionals according to the Takeda strategy and action planEnsures to achieve and surpass his/her sales and market share targets by delivering the requested daily number of high-quality sales visits to the health care professionals in his/her target listEnsures to deliver and continuously improve quality calls by rigorously implementing the recommendations from the superiorActively and rigorously implements the sales and marketing strategy and action plans and strictly uses the promotional materialsOrganizes and conducts product meetings and round tablesContinuously reports the activities with sales effectiveness toolsUnder the supervision of the direct superior, is able toImplement KOL plans in his/her territoryMake a territory analysis and propose a budget and action planACCOUNTABILITIES:Achieve Sales & Market Share Targets:Demonstrates the adequate winning attitude and commitment to achieve his/her targets Demonstrates the adequate customer centricity to build a relationship based on trust and respect, and performs all of his/her activities strictly within the Takeda code of conduct and compliance Implements strictly the segmentation and targeting objectives Delivers or surpasses the requested number of daily calls in his target audience Successfully implements the sales and marketing strategy and action plans and strictly uses the promotional materials provided Ensure to deliver quality calls :Is eager to, and continuously improves the quality of the sales calls by implementing the scientific, product and sales calls training Regularly asks for feedback and rigorously implements the coaching recommendations from his/her superiorDoctor group meetings and round tables :Has the required skills to conduct product presentations in group meetings, hospital staff meetings and round tables in his/her territory Has the skills to organize such meetings and ensure that targeted HCP are present to attend the product presentations Ensures the attending HCP are visited shortly after the meeting as per company guidelines KOL management under the supervision of his/her superior :Is able to identify and list the KOL in his/her territory Is able to develop an appropriated KOL management plan With minimal supervision, is able to implement the agreed upon KOL plan Ensures this is done within the Takeda code of conduct and compliance Territory Management – under the supervision of his/her superior :Is able to make an in-depth analysis of his/her territory comprising of value and unit sales of Takeda and competing products, Segmentation and Targeting, outcomes of all performed activities Is able to develop an adequate action and investment plan for the next period Major Challenges :The primary responsibility of the Account Lead remains the achievement of his/her sales and business objectives within the given territory Key Decisions Expected :Implements the sales and marketing strategy and action plans and strictly uses the promotional materials provided within the framework defined by the Line Manager and under his supervision SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:Qualifications and Experience:Holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Medicine2 years of experience in specialty careExperience in Gastroenterology and Hereditary Angioedema is an advantageHaving experience in another pharmaceutical company is an advantageVery good command of English and Arabic languagesThe role is located in Abu Dhabi.Required Capabilities:Applies basic forecasting techniques with guidance,
