Are you interested in Direct sales with the clinical industry?Are you excited to work for a real global company?*English follows Japaneseエルゼビアヘルスソリューションズの電子製品(主に日本語製品)を医療機関に直販する営業職です。医師・看護師・学生、その他医療従事者のスキルアップを効率的にし、日本の医療技術の底上げに貢献できる仕事です。医療機関の決定権者へニーズに即したソリューションを提供し、施設予算を獲得することで売上目標達成を目指していただきます。 営業先:病院、大学、看護学校病院経営者・管理者(院長・副院長・看護部長・事務長など)大学教授販売製品:医師向けの臨床データベース看護師向けの動画解説付き看護手順のデータベース全医療従事者向けの医療情報データベース医療安全Eラーニングツール 売上目標の達成設定した売上目標を達成顧客ニーズにマッチし、ヘルスソリューションズの方針に沿った、顧客志向の戦略と営業方針を設定ターゲット顧客を構築・維持効率的なパイプライン管理と営業報告 ヘルスソリューションズE戦略への貢献ヘルスソリューションズのE営業戦略構築詳細な市場分析により、営業機会の可能性発掘競合情報の収集、モニタリング、分析を行い、営業目標や顧客管理への影響測定売上見通しを推測主要アカウントの状況をモニタリング(財務状況、ITインフラなど)成功事例や関連情報の共有 顧客・契約管理CRMのアップデート適切な経費報告 顧客リレーション管理顧客とマルチレイヤーでの関係構築顧客組織内や外部の影響者と継続的な関係構築電話、打合せ、イベントなどで、顧客に頻繁にコンタクトを取ると同時に、新規顧客開拓を積極的に行う開発やマーケティング部門と協力し、顧客に製品の価値を理解頂くカスタマー・コンサルタントと協力し、アフターセールスサポートの提供市場からのフィードバックを提供しより良い製品開発に貢献【応募要件】大卒以上3年以上の法人営業経験(特にITや金融など無形商材営業のご経験)ビジネス初級以上レベルの英語力(営業活動や社内言語は主に日本語ですが、グローバル側からの資料やイントラネットは全て英語です)【歓迎スキル】ヘルスケア業界での経験E-ラーニングツールなどのセールス経験無形商材セールス経験柔軟性をもっていて、チームワークに対応できる方This role is responsible for selling Elsevier Health Solutions electronic products (mainly Japanese products) to medical institutions. Our products efficiently improve the skills of doctors, nurses, students, and other healthcare professionals, and contribute to the improvement of Japanese medical technology. Account Managers provide solutions that meet the needs of decision-makers at medical institutions and aim for sales targets by acquiring facility budgets.Customers: Hospitals, universities, nursing schoolsHospital managers / administrators (Director, Deputy Director, Nursing Department Manager, Secretary General)University professorsProducts:Clinical database for physiciansNursing procedure database with video commentary for nursesMedical information database for all healthcare professionalsMedical safety e-learning toolKey Result AreasAchieving sales targetsMatch customer needs and set customer-oriented strategies and sales policies in line with Health Solutions policies Build and maintain target customers Efficient pipeline management and sales reportingContribution to Health Solutions E strategyEstablish E-strategy for Health SolutionsDiscover potential sales opportunities through detailed market analysisCollect, monitor and analyze competitive information and measure impact on sales goals and customer managementEstimate sales prospectsMonitor the status of major accounts (financial status, IT infrastructure, etc.)Share success stories and related informationCustomer / contract managementCRM updatesCustomer Relationship Management• Build multi-layer relationships with customers• Sustainably building relationships with internal and external influencers• Make frequent contact with customers through phone calls, meetings, events, etc., and actively develop new customers• Work with Solution Development and Marketing departments to help customers understand the value of the product• Provide after-sales support in cooperation with customer consultants• Provide market feedback and contribute to better product developmentMust Have B2B sales experienceUniversity graduate or equivalent qualificationNew sales experience (excluding MR experience)English skills (low business level)Nice to HaveSales experience (direct sales and distributors) to the health science market (medical workers such as doctors and nurses)Understandings on hospital / school budgeting processKnowledge of online information, publishing industry and library market
