Our work spans from large-scale worldwide rollouts to bespoke activations for the world’s most innovative and design-driven brands.Role overviewThe Account Manager plays a pivotal role in Acierta’s client services team, driving business performance across all projects and client relationships. This is a high-responsibility, goals-driven position that requires strategic thinking, client leadership, strong financial acumen, and excellent time and project management. The ideal candidate is business-minded, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings deep experience in retail production.Key ResponsibilitiesClient LeadershipServe as the primary point of contact and strategic partner to clients, fostering trust and long-term relationshipsTranslate client briefs into actionable proposals, then manage end-to-end project deliveryProactively identify opportunities to grow client accounts and expand project scopesLead client communication across all phases, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and satisfactionManage reverse briefs and project debriefs, ensuring clear alignment and continuous improvementBuild and maintain strong relationships with client-side teams and external agenciesProject & Creative OversightAct as the internal voice of the client, aligning project outputs with their business and brand objectivesLead cross-functional internal and external teams (creative, production, logistics) to ensure cohesive and timely project executionOversee development of timelines, workback schedules, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teamsManage project meetings, calls, and documentation with clear ownership and structureEnsure budget oversight, monitor burn reports, and manage change ordersEnsure resources are optimised and sort outgrowth when needed.Team & OperationsSupervise and mentor a team of project managers, ensuring quality and consistencyEnsure team compliance with internal systems and processes (creative, financial, reporting)Forecast and allocate team workloadOversee production deliverables to ensure seamless handoffs and technical accuracyFinancial & Commercial AccountabilityOwn project budgets and scheduling from proposal to final deliveryMonitor all account revenue, meeting/exceeding monthly and annual targetsEnsure timely reconciliation, billing, and client financial communicationsIdentify commercial growth opportunities within accountsSkills, Experience & Attributes8+ years of experience, ideally in retail, experiential, or design/production environmentsLanguages: English and Spanish are mandatory.Proven track record managing high-profile, multi-channel projects (retail, events, exhibitions)Deep knowledge of retail production and the associated operational requirementsStrategic mindset with the ability to influence client decision-makingStrong commercial and financial acumenExcellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skillsConfident managing multiple projects with competing prioritiesNatural leadership skills: inspires, mentors, motivatesDetail-oriented and structured, yet flexible and adaptable to changePositive, solution-oriented attitude with strong team collaborationWillingness to travel internationally and work occasional weekends or holidaysWhat We OfferBe part of a mission-driven, fast-growing team working on defining the agency trajectory in the UK market.Opportunity to lead major accounts and contribute to large-scale, high-impact activationsA supportive and dynamic work environment with room to grow professionallyAccess to continuous learning and development opportunities
