Job Description

Summary: This team is a fast moving, high velocity sales motion that works with our longest tail merchants on the platform which represents thousands of small, independently owned merchants that collectively drive marketplace depth, coverage, and consumer choice. Each merchant contributes modest volume, but at scale, this segment delivers critical impact across our project.Specialists are directly responsible for a merchant's long-term revenue growth and retention. You will cultivate relationships with SMB business owners, while helping them elevate their presence on our platform through optimization and marketing products. You must demonstrate a broad scope of soft skills and pipeline management while utilizing consultative selling best practices. You will report into the Sales Manager on our Business Growth team in our Long Tail Sales & Success organization.Roles and Responsibilities: Connect and collaborate with our existing merchant partners to understand their unique goals and priorities.Help resolve current challenges to retain and grow our partners.Communicate with merchants from your book of business by phone and email on an ongoing basis to monitor and support progress toward their goals.Achieve clear KPIs with the opportunity to over attain.Required Skills: Proficient speaking English to US based customers.You have 2+ years of experience in sales roles, increasing customer satisfaction, retention, and product adoption.You are creative, motivated, and passionate about sales and hitting KPIs.You have experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.You are versed in using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), on an intermediate to proficient level.You have experience using Outreach or similar engagement tools.You demonstrate empathy with partners’ needs and adapt to meet their unique goals.Desired Skills: Previous experience in Delivery Apps Support.Salesforce knowledge.
