Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needsBuild and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewalsDevelop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clientsHandle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needsMeet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve businessGenerate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organizationIdentify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularlyPrepare project-related pitch workMinimum QualificationsBA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant fieldProven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant roleDemonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-levelProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
