For this world, Arrakis is building the tools to create the necessary liquidity to enable this token economy to rival and out-compete the traditional financial industry.As an Account Manager at Arrakis, you will serve as the primary point of contact of our customers, ensuring their onboarding, TGEs, DeFi strategies, and integrations run smoothly. You will bridge the gap between business development, quantitative strategy, and engineering, ensuring our partners' liquidity strategies operate flawlessly day-to-day.This role combines a strong financial / DeFi understanding with excellent client-facing skills: you'll solve operational issues, address technical problems, ensure high customer satisfaction, and play a key role in scaling the Arrakis liquidity management solution to become the world's leading onchain market-making infrastructure.RequirementsA Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance or a related technical field2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or Customer Success in financial services)Solid understanding of DeFi concepts (AMMs, Uniswap v3/v4, LP strategies, MEV, LVR, impermanent loss)Hands-on experience with financial services, preferably market making or related fieldsStrong problem-solving; able to communicate clearly with internal quants and engineers and external business stakeholdersWeb3 native - frequent user of DeFi protocols, staying up to date on ecosystem trendsExcellent communication and organization skills, with a proactive, ownership-driven mindsetComfortable in a fast-paced environment with ambitious targetsBonus points for:Experience working in a DeFi protocol or infrastructure projectFamiliarity with Rust, TypeScript, or Python for scripting and debuggingBackground in quantitative trading, liquidity provisioning, or blockchain analyticsBenefitsJoin an amazing team of industry veterans focused on revolutionizing web3 market making, collaborating with major projects like MakerDAO, Uniswap, Aave, Lido, operating fully remotely with members spanning Zug, Paris, New York, Berlin supported by world-class investors including Uniswap Labs, Robot Ventures, Accel, Longhash, and more.What we offer:Competitive salary + performance-based compensationWork remotely or with the Founders in person, in SwitzerlandChance to travel the world to go to exciting events, connecting with key industry players Join amazing in-person offsites all over the world
