On behalf of the ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are looking for an Account Manager for the telecommunications industry.This is an experienced sales person who works with customers and account executives to develop strategies that deliver business results based on a deep understanding of industry customer needs, industry trends and available offerings.Job Descriptions:Develops key and organizational relationships with decision-makers, develops and implements customer relationship plans, and supports favourable decisions that are conducive to improving market presence and expanding market share.Act as the project PD or core member, take the lead in project operations and win key projects.Gain insight into customers' strategies, find strategic fit points, develop and implement strategic plans, and achieve strategic cooperation. Understand customers' business, network, and business pain points and guide customers' requirements; explore opportunities to expand the market space; guide win-win projects; and solve customers' problems.Take the lead in project transaction and operation activities under complex scenarios, such as project negotiation, transaction model design, dispute resolution, and risk management.Build relationships with mid- and senior-level managers; take the lead in establishing a partner ecosystem that matches customers; take the lead in planning and organizing regional branding activities; act as the main owner for regional projects; and be responsible for the order and revenue targets.Take the lead in or participate in project negotiation, guide the improvement of contract clauses, resolve disputes, and other project transaction and operation activities.Candidate Requirements: Candidates must possess at least a degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.Have at least 2 years of experience in relevant Telecommunication-related fields or equivalent.Be able to think proactively, and plan and promote the work that is responsible for.Have a strong sense of responsibility, communication and negotiation skills.Have a basic knowledge of the telecommunications and ICT industry.Strong customer relationship-building and management skills.
