Operations Maintenance Engineer

Duties & ResponsibilitiesA pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our milling equipment and facilities.Leads a team of maintenance technicians to perform the routine maintenance tasks on production equipment to ensure optimal functionality.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to prevent equipment breakdowns.Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.Carry out any other duties as assigned by superiorJob Requirements:Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.Proven experience in maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Effective communication and teamwork abilities.Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance calls.
