About The TeamWe’re on the lookout for an energetic and driven Account Manager to join our Business Development team and take charge of the fast-growing Travel & Dining Services category! In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the success of our merchant partners, with a strong focus on the vibrant Food & Beverage (F&B) and ride-hailing sectors. You’ll be at the forefront of building impactful partnerships, driving growth, and creating winning strategies that fuel commercial success.Job DescriptionDrive commercial growth for a portfolio of key accounts within the Travel & Dining Services category, with a primary focus on F&B merchants and ride-hailing partnersDevelop and implement strategic plans to engage accounts and optimise their performance in both day-to-day operations and large-scale Shopee campaignsAnalyse account performance and operational metrics to identify growth opportunities and provide data-driven solutions to improve business outcomesCollaborate with the acquisitions team to pitch and successfully onboard new merchants, expanding our service offeringsWork closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Revenue and Operations, to ensure smooth execution of all initiatives and campaignsLead in-team projects to establish improved processes and introduce new strategic initiatives that enhance overall team and category performanceEngage with accounts to drive participation in Shopee campaigns, collaborating with them to achieve and exceed campaign targetsPartner with Category Managers to define, implement and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the Travel & Dining Services verticalRequirementsBachelor’s degree in any discipline; recent graduates are encouraged to applyRelevant experience in account management or category management would be advantageousExperience in e-commerce or a related industry is preferredStrong communication skills with a proven ability to build and sustain client relationshipsEntrepreneurial mindset: a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, willing to experiment, and eager to take on new challenges in a dynamic environmentExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to decision-makingA proactive and goal-oriented individual who is a strong team player and thrives in a dynamic setting
