They are known for their commitment to product reliability, customer service excellence, and innovative solutions that improve indoor air quality for businesses nationwide.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Commercial Account Manager to join the client’s growing wholesale sales division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys relationship-driven B2B sales, and has strong operational and communication skills. The selected candidate will work closely with Senior Account Executives to manage sales operations, coordinate customer orders, and ensure outstanding client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate and prioritize incoming leads to identify high-potential opportunities.Create and update accurate quotes based on customer requirements and executive direction.Execute personalized follow-up campaigns that maintain client engagement and move deals toward closure.Maintain complete and accurate customer data within HubSpot, ensuring real-time visibility for the sales team.Organize sample requests and shipments, ensuring prompt communication and tracking.Build detailed customer profiles, including facility specifications, procurement contacts, and buying behavior.Manage order entry and validation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer specifications and inventory.Monitor order progress and proactively communicate shipment status to customers before inquiries arise.Identify reorder opportunities by analyzing customer usage and order patterns.Serve as the primary liaison for client inquiries, providing timely and professional assistance.Develop long-term client relationships to promote repeat business and customer loyalty.Required Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales support, customer service, or account management (wholesale or manufacturing industry preferred).Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot experience strongly preferred).Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) or Google Workspace tools.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a confident, professional demeanor on phone and email.Highly detail-oriented and process-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.A team player who takes ownership, maintains integrity, and strives for excellence in every client interaction.What We Offer:Direct mentorship from experienced Senior Account Executives and opportunities for advancement.Work closely with a motivated and high-performing sales team.A full-time, long-term opportunity with a reputable company in the wholesale distribution sector.Play a key role in improving operational efficiency and client satisfaction in a fast-growing industry.
