The Account Manager / Client Partner will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver top-quality visual solutions. Daily tasks include client communication, project planning, monitoring progress, managing expectations, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves developing and implementing strategic account plans to drive client success and satisfaction.QualificationsMandatory: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and EnglishClient relationship management, customer service, and communication skillsProject planning, coordination, and monitoring abilitiesStrategic planning and business development experienceAbility to work independently and in a team, flexibility to work both in the office and remotelyExperience in the digital marketing or visualization industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
