We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to act as a key point of contact between our company and clients. In this role, you will be responsible for building long-term client relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and supporting partners in achieving their business goals.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring accurate records in CRMDevelop a deep understanding of client business models to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesBuild and maintain Account Plans for key clients, outlining strategies, success metrics, and risk managementLead client reviews, performance reporting, and strategic planning sessionsMonitor account performance, proactively resolve issues, and drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growthEnhance account management processes and client communication standards to ensure scalability and consistencyProvide structured client feedback to Product, Compliance, and Operations teams to support continuous improvementRequirements3 years of proven experience as a Relationship Manager/Account Manager, or in a similar client-facing role (iGaming experience preferred)Experience in managing and developing relationships with B2B clientsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detailExcellent presentation and communication abilitiesAdaptability, client-centric mindset, and strong relationship-building skillsCommercial mindset with a focus on growth and delivering value to clientsKnowledge of crypto processing is an advantageExperience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in using it to manage client interactions and dataFluent English, Russian is a plusConditionsWork in a remote mode in EU working hoursStrong team of professionals and growth opportunities within the companyEffective management that listens actively and uses data-driven approach to guide decisionsComfortable working conditions.Important information for the applicants: We’ll reach out within 2 weeks should your profile be a match.
