We are looking for a .NET L3 Support & Development Lead to join our team in Nicosia for project coordination and backend development in the L2/L3 support team.In this position, you will work across multiple critical .NET projects, with a primary focus on establishing and leading L3 (third-line) support processes for several business-critical applications. Your mission will include building robust support structures from the ground up, fostering operational excellence, and ensuring seamless collaboration between development, support teams and business stakeholders.This role is perfect for someone with a strong technical delivery background and leadership experience, who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving efficiency and excellence in software operations. ResponsibilitiesSet up and structure L3 support teams for multiple applications, including defining team composition, onboarding and trainingDesign, document and implement L3 support processes, workflows and escalation paths tailored to each application’s needsCollaborate with L1/L2 support, engineering and business teams to ensure smooth handoffs and effective incident managementDevelop and maintain comprehensive documentation, instructions and schedules for L3 support operationsOversee risk identification, process improvement and quality assurance for all L3 activitiesManage stakeholder communications, reporting and continuous feedback loops to optimize support effectivenessCoordinate support for multiple applications simultaneously, ensuring consistent standards and best practices RequirementsStrong technical background in backend development (.NET)Experience working with monitoring, logging and incident management toolsExcellent communication, documentation and stakeholder management skillsPrevious experience with setting up and managing L3 support teams and processes for multiple software applicationsExcellent English communication skills with the ability to work seamlessly in an international team Nice to haveExperience with ITIL, DevOps or similar frameworks for support and operationsStrong technical background in cloud platforms (Azure)Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)Certifications in cloud, support or process management are advantageous We offerPrivate healthcare insuranceGlobal travel medical and accident insuranceRegular performance assessmentsReferral bonusesFamily friendly initiativesLearning and development opportunities including in-house training and coaching, professional certifications, over 22,000 courses on LinkedIn Learning Solutions and much more*All benefits and perks are subject to certain eligibility requirements
