London Insurance Market / Customer Engagement & Management / Delegated AuthorityA Specialised InsurTech provider into the London Insurance Market and recruiting for an Account/Customer Success Manager to join their growing team. As a key member of the Client Success team, you will be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships with the business' clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from their products and services. You will act as a strategic partner - driving engagement, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the client lifecycle. Hybrid role, paying £50,000 - £80,000 depending on experience, plus bonus & benefits.Key Areas of ResponsibilityCustomer Satisfaction & Advocacy: High levels of satisfaction and advocacy achieved, measured through NPS, surveys, and client feedback.Strategic Account Management: All assigned accounts have clear account plans, defined success metrics, and regular, structured reviews in place.Commercial Growth: Demonstrable growth achieved through renewals, upsells, and expansion of company products and services.Customer Retention: High retention rates across the assigned client portfolio, with minimal churn.Adoption & Engagement: Strong and consistent usage of company platforms post go-live, with measurable improvements driven through your engagement.Demo Excellence: Product demonstrations delivered confidently and strategically, tailored to audience needs and directly influencing renewal or upsell success.Internal Collaboration: Positive feedback from internal stakeholders on communication, follow-through, and customer insight sharing.CRM Discipline: Account and pipeline data accurately maintained in HubSpot, enabling transparent forecasting and reporting.Market Presence: Active contribution to User Groups, Special Interest Groups, and customer community initiatives, reinforcing the company's reputation and thought leadership.
