Customer services & Business Development coordinator

Everything we do is about sustainability and improving our natural environment,.The JobWe are actively seeking an enthusiastic person to head up our customer services function, liaising with customers and assisting with business development, helping us enter into new agricultural markets for our sustainable land conditioners. This is a key position within the company, ideal for someone who embraces technology, have good communication skills and maybe a understanding of agriculture.Key Responsibilities Customer & Sales Support • Manage inbound enquiries relating to waste streams and biodiversity services • Build and maintain strong customer relationships • Allocate incoming tonnage to customer accounts and liaising with customers • Support the sales pipeline and coordinate leads into the agricultural land channel • Support marketing activity including social media content, website updates and events • Develop organics to land offering / project managementThere will also be an amount of administration to help the office team.As a company we pride ourselves on being progressive. Facilities and LocationAllium site is located at Alne, near Easingwold. The site is newly built with great access, facilites, offices.HoursWhilst this is a full time role, we are happy to discuss flexibility and flexible working. RemunerationThe rate of pay and package is flexible to the right person, but will be between £20K and £30K per annum.
