Whether it's launching a regional campaign, crafting social-first content, or managing a high-profile celebrity engagement, our work is designed to spark emotion, conversation, and results.Position OverviewThe Account Manager acts as a liaison between the client and the agency, promoting the client's best interests while also highlighting the agency’s strengths. This entails taking full ownership of the account and making sure it succeeds according to the client's goals through the agency's services. An in-depth understanding of clients' businesses is essential to delivering incredible value for them and driving account growth, as is the ability to engage directly with internal team members and clients to plan and design their campaign and event experiences.Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, brand identity, and project requirements, translating their needs into actionable briefs for the internal creative and account management teams.Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations and ed&c's capabilities.Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, production, and finance, to oversee the execution of projects, managing workflow and resource allocation to meet deadlines and quality standards.Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients, maximizing revenue potential and driving business growth.Present creative concepts, proposals, and project updates to clients, soliciting feedback and managing revisions to ensure alignment with client objectives and expectations.Conduct regular check-ins and status meetings with clients, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and soliciting feedback to ensure client satisfaction.Prepare and present project performance reports and post-mortem analyses to clients, highlighting key metrics, insights, and opportunities for improvement.Requirements for above position:Minimum diploma/degree in Marketing Communications, Business, Events or related disciplinesProven experience (3-5 years) in account management, client services, or project management, preferably within the creative agency or marketing industryKnowledge in campaign management and advertising in media platforms and ATL production and event management is a huge plus! Strong track record of success in campaign project management: manage, plan, organize and execute a wide range of successful campaigns from inception to completion, within budget.Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving client success.
