Job Description

We're currently looking for an Account Manager to support one of our key partners in the technology products and solutions industry, with a strong focus on clients in the education sector.In this role, you will manage client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and ensure outstanding service delivery to schools, universities, and other educational institutions. You’ll act as the main point of contact for your portfolio, working closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs and drive long-term satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesContact and visit clients in the education sector, both in Bangkok and upcountry, to present technology products and solutions, and recommend suitable projects.Coordinate with the training team to organize sessions that support sales activities and assist in following up on quotations with clients.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.Manage communications and coordination between internal teams and external clients to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships.Preferred BackgroundBachelor’s degree in any related field.At least 1 year of experience in IT, technology solutions, or education-related sales is an advantage.Ability to communicate effectively in English.Possession of a personal car and a valid driver’s license is preferred.If this opportunity interests you, please send your CV to lily@talentfirst.co.th or contact Lily at 080-895-9642 for a confidential discussion.
