Job Description

ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day technical support to end-users for hardware, software, network, and system issues.Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, operating systems, and company-approved applications.Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, firewalls, and security systems.Troubleshoot and resolve system outages, performance issues, and connectivity problems.Manage user accounts, permissions, email systems, and access rights in accordance with company policies.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for IT projects, system upgrades, and equipment procurement.Ensure data backup schedules, security protocols, and disaster recovery plans are implemented effectively.Maintain documentation of IT processes, asset inventory, and incident reports.Conduct IT orientation and provide technical guidance or training to staff when necessary.Support cybersecurity initiatives and ensure compliance with corporate security standards.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration (fresh graduates may also be considered).Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals, and IT troubleshooting.Experience with Active Directory, ERP systems, or cloud-based solutions is an advantage.Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
