As an Account Manager – Endoscopy, you will play a critical role in managing customer relationships, supporting clinical procedures, and driving sales growth for our Endo Bariatric and Legacy Endoscopy portfolios. This is a field-based commercial role requiring strong product knowledge, clinical confidence, and strategic account management capabilities.You will serve as the first point of contact for healthcare professionals, providing training, procedural support, and driving case adoption across assigned territories. The position requires a passion for travel, the ability to work independently, and a strong interest in patient outcomes and procedural innovation.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeManage day-to-day account activities and product support for assigned territory or regional accountsPartner with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to contribute to the annual strategic plan through detailed account intelligence (e.g., market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities)Provide product use training and in-procedure support after appropriate certification, in line with Directions For Use (DFU)Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals, supporting clinical staff during procedures and ensuring optimal use of Boston Scientific productsDeliver engaging product education and in-servicing to both external customers and internal BSC colleaguesIdentify and convert new business opportunities, including supporting tender preparation and commercial discussionsMaintain and grow market share by executing account-level strategies that align with divisional goalsParticipate in company and industry-sponsored events, workshops, and educational forums to build relationships and expand product knowledgeLead sales opportunities in non-strategic accounts; collaborate with RSMs on opportunities in strategic accountsEnsure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and quality procedures during all sales and support activitiesWhat We’re Looking ForIndustry experience within commercial sales of medical devices or medical technologyExperience with endoscopy products is beneficial, but not requiredComfortable working in acute intervention settings and supporting live proceduresA proactive and innovative team player who thrives in an autonomous roleHighly organized, with strong attention to detail and a structured working styleFluent in English, both written and verbalComfortable with a field-based role (approximately 80% market presence / 20% office-based work)Strong passion for travel and engaging with clinical stakeholdersA degree in a relevant scientific field, or a nursing or healthcare qualification, is beneficialWhat We Can OfferA dynamic and international work environment driven by purpose and innovationHybrid working model and flexibility depending on territoryExtensive onboarding, training, and development programsA culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high-impact workOpportunities for career growth, mentoring, and internal mobilityCompetitive compensation and benefits, tailored to the local marketRequisition ID: 622885As a leader in medical science for more than 40 years, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most – united by a deep caring for human life.
