You will help clients get the most from Proxify’s developers, build trusted partnerships, and contribute to account health and retention.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong client relationships; manage a portfolio of clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and mutual success.Work with clients to understand their tech needs and team goals; help guide them through the matching process.Support contract negotiations, renewals and scope adjustments (with senior support), helping secure long-term client value.Coordinate with Proxify’s internal talent, engineering and delivery teams to align developer placements, timelines and deliverables to client expectations.Monitor account health, provide performance feedback, and advise clients (with internal help) on improvements or risks.Use your technical understanding (from direct or collaborative experience) to help match developers with client requirements, ensuring quality, fit and timely delivery.Must-have1-3 years (or similar experience) handling client accounts or B2B relationships, ideally in tech, software, staffing, outsourcing or services.Good understanding of how technical teams operate; comfortable discussing developer skills, project delivery, and team needs.Native English.Ability and willingness to travel 1-2 business trips per month as needed.Commercial awareness: comfort working with scope, pricing, timelines, and resource planning.Initiative and ownership: ability to manage multiple clients, respond proactively, follow through on commitments, and escalate when needed.Familiarity with CRM tools, documentation, forecasting or planning (even if supported).Nice-to-haveExperience in staffing, developer sourcing, or tech recruitment.Comfortable in distributed team or remote-work environments.Knowledge of current tech trends (cloud, AI, frameworks, remote work).Familiarity with enterprise contracting, procurement or legal norms.Wider professional network across the UK.Why you will love this opportunity🌐 Help tech teams close skill gaps and create job opportunities for developers worldwide.❤️ Be part of a humble, supportive, and tech-savvy team.📈 Spearhead the growth of client partnerships in the UK and Ireland.🚀 Great opportunities for professional development and personal growth.✈️ Work in a truly international team of 39 countries, with occasional in-person meetups.Why it may not be your match❌ You like every day to look the same (clear routines and process), this might not be for you because we build as we go and keep things agile.❌ You lack any exposure to or understanding of tech and its applications.❌ You don’t have an English level (advanced or, ideally, native).How to applyPlease send your CV (in English) explaining:Your experience working with enterprise clients (ideally UK).Your technical background working closely with developer and engineering teams.Why you find Proxify’s mission attractive and what excites you about this opportunity.
