We’re not in it for quick wins—we’re here to build something special with our clients and build life-long careers for our team.The Role:Account Management (approx. 65%)Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clientsUnderstand client objectives and ensure smooth delivery of servicesLead client communication, updates, and project coordination with our project managerIdentify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accountsAccount Executive / New Business (approx. 35%)Build new relationships and build a healthy pipeline of prospectsPrepare and deliver proposals, pitches, and presentationsSupport marketing and outreach initiatives to attract new businessAttend industry events and networking opportunitiesHelp refine sales processes and CRM trackingKey ResponsibilitiesMaintain our CRM (HubSpot), Slack and ClickUp with accurate client details and notesLiaise with clients and the team to ensure projects meet client expectationsAssist with lead generation - Finding, qualifying and onboarding new clientsHelp prepare quotes, proposals, and case study documentsFollow up on leads and proposals to keep momentum goingSchedule meetings, confirm appointments, and manage calendarsSupport internal workflowsProvide general admin support across the teamAbout YouYou've got experience in a B2B account manager/Sales or executive role.You’re organised, adaptable, and happy to muck in with whatever the day throws up.Great written and verbal communication skillsYou’ve got an eye for detail but also a sense of fun.You’re curious about marketing, design, video, animation and illustrationMost importantly: you’re excited to learn.👉 How to Apply:Send us your CV and apply via LinkedIn
